Robbins Instruments surgical instruments are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for three (3) years from the date of shipment from our New Jersey location.
During the warranty period any defective parts other than all consumable and disposable products will be replaced at no charge to the customer. There will be no labor charge for replacing parts or shipping charges for returning the item to the contractor.
Abuse of surgical instruments by physical or chemical means will result in immediate loss of warranty.
Equipment – one year warranty on parts and labor from date of delivery.
