Product Description

Dermatome blades are one of the most effective tools used in the skin grafting process. These blades are attached to a handheld instrument, which is powered by an electrical motor and console. The back and forth movement of the oscillating blade helps remove the upper or surface layers of skin uniformly.

The main function of these blades is harvesting the healthy tissue from the donor site. These grafts are used for reconstruction after the surgical removal of cutaneous malignancies, to cover chronic non-healing cutaneous ulcers and replace tissue lost to full-thickness burns.  The blades can come in a variety of sizes – 12, 25, 50, 75,100 mm.
